Alpha building

The alpha building, which has an area of 20,000 square meters built with a 4720m platform, is located on a platform of stilt houses that generates a public space over the water, generating transition zones where there is a connection with commerce and unique spaces such as the greenhouse and the semi-public areas of the building

CONCEPT

The building has a two-story commercial platform that generates a direct relationship with the exterior, forming a gallery and a greenhouse on the south side, on the third floor is made up of services and on the fourth offices floor, from the fifth to the eighth there is a hotel development with 20 rooms, to finally on floors 6 to 14 multi-family housing development.
